i did nose filler and mediocanthus , DIY. I wouldn't bring it up myself unless my partner did, but I'd admit to it either way. but you can notice the difference from my old photos.

idk, hardmaxxing beyond correcting preventable defects (like unaligned teeth) has felt fake to me, because that person isn't the real you and if somebody falls in love with you, they'll fall in love with not the real you
