I think everyone who is serious about ascending should be on accutane at least at low doses. It terras tret or any other topical. Not even an oral that comes close its a one stop shop for anything you need for your skin. You can have God like skin and look like an angel irl but some jesters still try to argue going with a topical route. If your take it at small doses it is not super hepatotoxic but still gives 10/10 results.
