Just spam kimchi with meat and small amount of rice, brah. Only eat that with some light protein snacks like beef jerky or slices of roasted beef slices and you’re good

Me when I’m fat so I start larping eating disorders and physical illness so I can relief my guilt that it’s not my fault that I’m a fat fuck who swallows everything in sight but I lowk get unlucky and my body believes that I actually have a physical illness cause of the placebo effect and now I’m in a endless cycle of suffering until I die because I’m a r****d who can’t just study basic thermodynamics

It’s like intuitive eating, I made sure to perfectly measure the calories so that I don’t have to count them everyday

It’s all about making it a routine that you don’t really think about that much while you’re passively losing weight, it’s like passive money except it’s passive weight loss. Just measure in a week or so and if you’re not losing weight, measure what you eat and see what you should fix
