The north and south poles are actually just a giant ice wall surrounding the edges

There's a reason why they don't let you freely explore and mark that land and why governments around the world care about it so much
n***a maybe youll fucking die there by freezing

classic community of fax and logik
you can literally book a cruise to antarctica and walk on the ice. thousands of people do every year. the “restricted” parts are for conservation like how national parks limit areas to protect wildlife. i wonder if yellowstone is also hiding some deep, dark, retarded conspiracy theory

They let you videotape a walk in a perfect straight line from one end of the antarctic to the other? If that's true then maybe I'll admit I'm off ( When I do it first hand myself )

Otherwise, worthless take

You can't leave without having rated me

good question (y) look up børge ousland, colin O’Brady, and ben saunders. theyve all completed full or partial crossings of antarctica on foot in some of the harshest conditions on earth. you could literally email them and ask how flat the earth looked from down there jfl

antarctica isnt restricted, its just deadly. theres -40°F temps, 24 hr sun, no shelter, etc etc.

flat earth logic: if you cant casually survive the most hostile place on earth with a GoPro, it must be a conspiracy

No vid of a trek in a perfect straight line = no care

"just email them bro! they'll tell you!"

O’Brady used a garmin GPS tracker so the map and stats were live and are still public. he filmed a lot of it himself and it was covered by various media outlets. crossing from one side to the other would take weeks, and his goal wasnt to film a perfect video from one side to the other because he would have to carry tons of more equipment due to the data it would take up. if you werent aware, he crossed the entire continent in 2018. its pretty interesting
