I don’t see this talked about enough here, but anxiety can literally hold back your entire looksmax progress.
You can improve your face, physique, skincare, style—but if you’re anxious all the time, it leaks into everything: bad eye contact, awkward energy, low presence. People pick up on it instantly.
I’ve been working on mine for a bit, and a few things actually made a noticeable difference:
Getting out daily – even just being outside or around people helps more than staying isolated
Fixing sleep + cutting stimulants – too much caffeine had me overthinking everything
Small social reps – not forcing big interactions, just building it up slowly
Breathing control – sounds basic but it genuinely helps calm you down in the moment
I also stopped just scrolling and started reading into different approaches online—forums, articles, etc. Came across a site called blissshire.com during that, and it had some interesting info. Not saying rely on one thing, but it’s worth doing your own research and seeing what works for you.
At the end of the day, looksmaxxing isn’t just внешка—it’s how you come across. If your anxiety is unchecked, it cancels out a lot of your progress.
