if your cheeks are genetically thick , can they be removed ?

You have to lose fat all over your body to lose cheek fat. Do this by means of exercise and a calorie deficit. Also debloat. If you are already lean and cheeks seem to still be puffy and you are debloated, then it could be because of bonelessness

I think buccal fat removal is what you are talking about but I’m not sure
