How are u not obese . Last time I went there I checked the calories in major brands and it was always a bit higher then in my coutry same for sugar . And the portion sizes are just crazy .

1 i have good genetics so it’s hard for me to get fat and 2 i cook my own food, mostly red meat

where i live in america, the obesity rate is almost half the population.. for example im somehow the only skinny person in my math class. ill see ppl eat at least 1500 cals IN CLASS then go to lunch and eat more.

its so normal here, most of my teachers have snack drawers that youre free to take from anytime
