You cant, unless u have thousands of dollars lying around to buy REAL IGF1 (Increlex/Mecasermin) and find a source for it (Not Indiamart 
, IGF1 LR3 and DES are honestly copes and wont do anything long term, expensive as shit if u want to cycle aswell
All you can do is buy HGH since it directly increases IGF1 Levels.
