i barely know anything about sleeping TOO MUCH, why would it be worse
consistently sleeping this long often signals an underlying issue like depression, sleep apnea, or vitamin deficiency

OP all you need is to never stress yourself with anything especially phisically, so never touch a gym or do anything of the sort, eat raw primal with focus on drinking at least a liter of raw milk everyday above everything else and eating lots of brain, liver, glands and fat, you can put all that in a raw milkshake if you want, this should cure any problems with sleep you have, after that you just go to bed max 2 hours after it gets dark and sleep until you are no longer tired, hold sleep above EVERYTHING, if you can't wake up for something forget about it and get the fuck back to bed. Get at least 3 hours of sunlight every day. Forget about any plans of buying rat piss from alibaba and do it the natural way.
