Hi im 5’9 62 kg at 15 my dads 5’10 and mom 5’4 can anyone please tell me the ways to grow to 6’5-6’8 as fast as possible. I really wanna get tall to pursue basketball. Please lend me your secrets and help thanks you.
My brother is 16.5 and 6ft . I turned 15 20 days ago.

it depends, some people at 15 havent still hit the main spurt because of an extended Tanner stage 2, as well as some people are basically done with puberty. so 5'9 could be as well as the final height or the starting height
