Not in this order

1. Ccw bimax, makes my face shorter fixes the down growth and bumps up my lower third a tier or so
If my face gets shorter my close set eyes wouldnt stick out as much then.

2. genioplasty, as i mentioned i have downgrowth and a more projected chin would do wonders, but only if needed.

3. bsso, again only if needed. My jaw already is quite long but it would def help with my side profile

4. implants overall, most importantly in my eye area, browridge, infras, supras, i cant make my face too wide, otherwise my close set eyes will be a problem again.

5. mse ,i have a long midface/ nose a wider face trough mse would benefit me a lot. Matter of fact im gonna go to an ortho in april to fix my breathing problems.

6. hair transplant to lower my forhead, it would help my giant forhead a lot.

7. if needed a mandibular readjustment or implants on my ramus.

I am too scared of lefort or obo, if you have critism just say so

seems valid i plan on rhino and lefort (perhaphs)
