Just go over some cliff notes summaries quick, write down things on your hand or desk, etc. Look at other peoples tests. If your teacher allows it, ask questions during the test, even if you seem dumb for asking questions related to the test the grade is all that matters. If you have a trusted friend that sits next to you ask them to slide you answers. Look I don't agree with cheating all the time but I get it that sometimes you get caught up in some tough moments and I still think it is absolutely stupid that these tests you take at such a young age define a lot of peoples lives later on.

Also one test like @snow said isn't the end of the world if you fail, and if you do fail then you probably have a retake system that you can take advantage of. If your teacher does retakes then that means you have a second chance. Try not to stress and panic on the test since that will actually hinder your ability to think well during the test.

I also look back at the most important topics / vocab/ equations / etc. right (I mean moments before) before the test and as soon as I get the test I write it down on the paper since it is fresh in my mind.
