I don't need lefort because I have proper maxilla projection. I have gotten genioplasty though.

Lefort is not dangerous. Unless you go to some turkish butcher or cheap out on it. The danger of lefort is 1 in 10,000. Every surgery is 1 in 10,000 chance of something going wrong, including your rhinoplasty.

when i say dangerous i mean as in holds
risks and complications (infections placement etc)
not every surgery is equal although all have risks, anything purely skeletal such as lefort is extremely difficult compared to a nose (nerves, tissue damage etc)

Doing complex algebraic geometry is way harder than doing college level fractions. But I would trust a maths professor to do complex algebraic geometry more than I would trust a high school graduate to do college level fractions.

The same way, I would trust a experienced maxillofacial surgeon to do lefort more than I would trust an average plastic surgeon to do rhinoplasty.

lefort is the mystery surgery
i don't think I've heard of a single cosmetic case throughout the years
or a surgeon that does it on adults let alone 15 year olds
too much risk,
i think there actually was one, but he stopped doing them a few years ago

no one, regardless of the money is going to get it as a cosmetic surgery
if they find functional problems yes, even then it's difficult
