I'm cutting weight at 57kg, height 181cm

I am genuinely higher bf than I want to be at 57kilos

I was 50kg post hospitalization. Went to 57 in a matter of 3 weeks.

I achieved this through forcefeeding myself carbs, yoghurt, eggs, malt drink and a shit ton of beef and lamb.

I was working out during this phase and I do feel much better ( not fainting when I'm exposed to the sun for 3 mins ) but now my bf is also higher. Love handles, I feel sluggish and even putting on a little sag made me feel 10x dumber. Not as in I became stupid but like I feel inherently lazier and, my memory recall took a dive and I'm overall learning slower

I'm just gonna lose 5 or 7 kilos to reach back to my default settings and stay lean at that amount. I'll still workout but I'll accept my deformed body as is.

181cm which is 5ft11ish in freedom units IIRC

I had blood tests done and they came back absolutely perfect in every category ( except for blood sugar which was not low but close to the borderline ). My Dad and Granddad were both very small and lean men. Me prior to forcefeeding myself was about the same. Just stick and bones with an overall small frame and stature.

Gng just stay at maintenance and hit the gym if you are worried about aging bf%. Cutting anymore will negatively affect you.
I was objectively healthier at 50 lol but decent advice. I'll stick to the gym and stuff ( I need to work on my consistency, some days I just cba )
