I started puberty at late 13, almost 14, and my growth plates closed at early 16.
puberty starts before you see any signs. It'd be like saying "oh I got sick on this day because I noticed...." noticing something means time has been giving---plenty of time.

**low estrogen extends it, E2 mainly.** this is the main hormonal profile difference for man and women, therefore it dictates the growth plate closer, DHT is useless.
Wouldn't low estrogen mean you dont grow? Is the BOTB outdated?
