im finally getting an expander

im only like 14 so im getting hyrax (tooth anchored expander) but im so happy cuz my parents wanted me to get invisalign for my crossbite and narrow palate. Has anyone had hyrax? experiences from it? I imagine its pretty different from marpe since there are no screws. Also im gonna turn it every 3 days. Is that good? Is it too fast / slow? Should i document my experience and if i see any differences in my physical appearance?
