As in just being outside more and/or going on walks, etc.?

Could this have more of an effect on your mental health than raw meat?
I have been getting sun before

I am only asking questions of your experience and potential possibilities. Could you link your research/studies/sources here?
Wouldnt want to atm if i leave i need to login again

I am going to need better sources. These sources do not specify if the subjects ate raw or cooked meat, unless I missed something. The last article is actually skeptical of the studies that study cognitive benefits of eating beef and calls out a potential for high bias in these studies.

Given the low quality of data and high heterogeneity of available studies, it’s too early to tell if beef impacts cognition.

~—• APATHEIA •—~

Most studies were not primarily designed to measure beef and cognitive outcomes, resulting in high or serious risk of bias.

Interesting. Haircafe just posted a video while our conversation was ongoing. It is about how the carnivore diet "will shorten your life, shrink your brain, and make you ugly" with sources in the description. Perhaps it would be an interesting watch for the both of us, and provide new scientific articles to study.
