just booked a appointment for the gp finally this weekend
if its not benzo first try ima keep telling them theyre shit doesnt work until a benzo

im trying to get diagnosed for GAD i dotn get panic attacks but show obvious signs of anxiety in public(heart palpitations, distancing behaviours, etc.)

South africa is a shithole they just recently started having benzos imported and having them used i dotn think docs would be worried to prescribe them considering there isnt a benzo problem i know of in my area at all
