But anyways of course stuff could enter your lungs from your mouth, how else do you fucking drown, anyways it's still kinda unlikely, but since it's just ice, if it did hypothetically enter the lungs, it wouldn't rlly melt down into much water so you'll probably be fine

Pure dihydrogen monoxide is tasteless, the water the cubes were made with probably contain minerals that may alter taste slightly, it wouldn't be enough to cause a distinct positive taste change though, so saying "ice tastes good" is kind of silly
Maybe it just feels "cool" to consume
