I was thinking to reconstitute reta, what guage needle do u recommended to reconstitute?
30G is far too thin to dilute reta. The needle tip will become blunt when piercing the rubber stopper of the bottle, and the pressure created when pumping the liquid in can damage the peptide
For dilution use a 25G needle (to transfer the liquid slowly and controllably)
For injection use a 31G insulin needle (this provides both a comfortable and safer flow)
get syringes and needles separately
18-20g to reconstitute

try not hit the lyophilized powder directly it can affect potency, aim for the side of the vial, refrigerate after reconstitution
25g for im injection, 25-30g 5/16" for subq depending on how much adipose tissue the area has 5/8 works too but if you're using longer needles try to do 45 degrees

@pearex Your time to shine
My current thought is to get a 30G to reconstitute and 32G to pin, is this a good idea?
While theoretically possible to dilute with 30G and inject with 32G it is unnecessarily difficult and risky in practical application. Even 30G is too thin for diluting a drug 32G requires very high pressure during injection

also once you reconstitute you can just let it sit for like 30 seconds till it dissolves, dont shake the vial, you can roll it between your hands
