My longest fast was about six days but that was back in 2023 when I was chubbier. The last time I attempted a long fast I only made it to 71 hrs… I was aiming for five days but I ran out of energy and didn’t want to risk fainting at school yk

Longest I’ve gone was 72hrs. I’m prob gonna waterfast tmrw and then eat next to nothing for a couple days in recovery. Cause of wisdom tooth extraction
