Serious I'm gonna stop bonesmashing for a week

During my time with bonesmashing, I was able to get amazing results but unfortunately recently the left side of my chin i think developed some crazy hematoma or whatever and it is throwing off my face a lot, like a lot of asymmetry my entire jaw is looking asymmetrical because of it, and i can't really bonesmash my jaw rn because any pressure i add will go there and i don't want it to be permanent whatsoever, so I'm gonna have to go one week of no bonesmashing, icing the area and maybe I'll go back to having a recessed chin at the end of the week, but it will only take me a month to get it back, the last thing I want is a massive bump on my jaw for no reason
