I'm more hesitant towards face revealing online once I make a friendship

I like building online friendships due to looks not being involved, I'm worried if I face reveal some online friend will find me horribly ugly and the friendship would be ruined or whatever. I also like not seeing other's faces because I get to build my own perception of how they look.

I wear light makeup but I have mainly asked for ratings with said makeup on so I scale it down. probably lmtb if I'm being honest though the lowest I have gotten is hltb and the highest hhtb
