neither matter much. most people just need a one or two bedroom apartment to be happy. and most cars that would actually impress people are above 200 thousand. carrots on a stick.

Idk i'm gonna have my own house soon in a rural area with no neighbours. I def prioritize this over a new car

Buying a house in a rural area is much better than in a noisy city tbh
