Serious i'm scared

sometimes i feel like my face is half paralyzed when i try to raise my eyebrows is very hard for mi to lift the left one and also i cant really move the left part of my mouth sometimes
i know im not actuallt paralyzed cause i can blink and open my mouth etc but it scares me sometimes
