The mere thought of throwing up terrifies me so much that if I get even the most minor stomach pain at all ill like get a full fledged 20 min long panic attack. And throwing up isn't even that bad so its kinda like???? My fear is completely irrational bruh. I should be scared of like idk fucking like...heights or sum, like valid shit ykwim
