my goal wasnt horizontally shorter other than fixing my droopy tip
idc ab my midface its not bad other than my nose being droopy

i already researched long ago, i alr got my rhino

Ive looked at my face for the past 15 years and rhinoplasty was an amazing choice for me
Not only was my nose long (w a hump) but it was also wide and not very refined
(Which is of course what i addressed with rhino)

Am i in the process of orthodontic work? Yes

Sure Am Yisrael Chai

It look cute and makes you look more feminine. I’d say you’d only need infras and lower third fixed now but the nose is probably the biggest improvement you could have done in general very much mirin the effort and readiness to ascend

Infras r pretty negligible and difficult to solve althoughr recently skincare and sunscreen methodd basically fixed them may hop on volufiline its kinda cope tho

Yes next is def lower third, already using rubbebands so hopefully they move me up or rubberbands holds me off until implant or filler

Fat grafting, i think theres a kind of lift thats possible, implants, volufiline works i use it but dont overuse it and be very precise with application and be consistent skincare and sunscreen are very cope but you dont need to get it fixed noz you can get infras fixed later in life

Yeah for the lowerthird there is a lot you could do, i dont like filler though its to easy and doesn’t fix anything

I’ve seen some really good once where they move the fat so idk maybe that wasn’t fat grafting though.

I dont have any recessions but i use volufiline cause it has many benefits but i felt like it was making me look bloated so i stopped it for 1-2 months now and it fixed itself. Also i wasn’t precise in applying it so i had to fix that
