It's become far too simplified. Testosterone = man, Estrogen = woman.
The fact is that women have more testosterone than estrogen.
Their ratio can range from 1:1-10:1 T:E (Estradiol) Ratio depending on their menstrual cycle.
Whereas men's is around 100:1 T:E (Estradiol) Ratio by molar concentration.
