Experience I'm such a loser I had an anxiety attack in a library ?

I was getting social anxiety in a library and I wasn't even talking to anybody. At first I walked in for the first time and I didn't know where the sections were and I somehow ended up in lost the kids section for a good 10 minutes.

I didn't want it to look like I was wandering around the kids section so I pretended to look at books.

Finally I found the adult section

But I just couldn't find anywhere to sit. There were many open seats but I felt like they were too close to other people and I didn't want to intrude on their space.

Finally, I found an empty room. but I think it was a room for a computer so I'm like are people going to judge me for reading in the computer room? . This was peaceful until a couple other teenagers came. They seem really nice but I couldn't drink water after that because I felt like they could hear me gluping. So I ran the bathroom just to drink a few sips of water.

Then I saw this really cute guy with long hair. Wait no it was a fucking girl apparently. I think she was transgender. I don't know but I was staring at what I thought was a him for a long time and then he got up and she walked away in a mini skirt and heels. ( I'm str8)
Is this experience normal? Or am I always paranoid?

Yea bro I get it social anxiety sucks. It happens some people experience social environments different which is totally fine. In this case I would have just kept to yourself more and try to focus on reading your books more.

Maybe come with someone you trust next time

When I go to the library I feel like everyone is watching me and they’re saying I am retarded in their heads. I also think they’re monitoring the number of breaks I am taking and how much I go on my phone or to the toilet.

I'm autistic so I have a really hard time grasping social situations, and I think others can also visibly tell I'm autistic

Oh well I just looked it up, I don't have health insurance so I haven't been to the psychiatrist in years since being diagnosed with SAD and ASD however I probably should look into getting insurance as my organs are currently rotting inside of me and you can smell the stench as I'm oozing black liquid from every hole in my body #ebola?
