all my life every grade every teacher has complained about me being quite

i dint speak 9-10th grade
i dont speak in groups
i just walk along

i can only speak one on one basically irl
maybe i can speak if im comfortable but even small things make me uncomfortable

they would only see me speak to friends, even when they spoke to me i dont reply only nodded
