I see people I knew all my life be successful and have their lives figured out meanwhile I rot alone in my room 24/7. I wake up at 6pm in the evening. I don't have a job, driver's license, girlfriend or anything.

I was too, but it goes away after a while of practice.

I was always nervous the first time I went on a public road, had to park and reverse out in a busy road etc.

But like, there are literal illiterate idiots who can drive, so you can too.

Now I can drive really well

Every few years I find myself neeting it up. Usually lasts about 3-6 months every time. I've always enjoyed the night turning into day and day turning into night. It will probably happen again around June. Last time was from July to August in 2021.

Just a bunch of bullshit for big pharma to capitalize on. The depression bit. It's a wonder you never see "depression" causing people to be unable to work in the third/developing world, lol.
 
low carb diet and no fap, should get you started to do things you fear. "day one or one day innit" you never do unless you do. i used to think too much and do noting. i became noting
 
I can't rly suggest much cause I'm in a similar predicament. I will say that taking care of urself will make it much easier to cope with the lack of those things. I'd def get a driver's license, u never know when u'll need to drive in the case of an emergency. Atleast get out of the room for walks though
