It's not even that my gardes are going up but I feel even more ND for some fucking reason
I geniuenly just start laughing at everything some days for no apparent reason

NO LITERALLY my humor got worse and for some reason I cant sit still like I'm always adjusting myself it's so annoying
I hate having adhd brah
