I have a similar problem, I often feel guilty for no reason, I can just be chilling out watching a movie or something and I start feeling really anxious and guilty.

How old are you? if you're a kid then thats why, if you're a late teen thats why, if you're an adult its probably issues from your childhood, I blame most of my issues on my childhood, I failed as an adult.

I am 18 but my life has been a mess since i don't know what happened before my 14th year of life when i was SA and my parents supported it, today's politics can scare me too i really hope right wingers just die already
