Imagine being micronutrient deficient but claiming you know nutrition.

Vitamin C is actually a cope RDA on carnivore because meat Vit C is much more biovailable , the RDA is higher because its less absorbable and most consume fruits . Everything else tho ...
What do you think about other micronutrients on carnivore? Anything else you think is hyperbolized or underrated?
 
Nutrition shouldn't be a complicated thing. Jews have tried to confuse us.
Ideally you should eat whatever you want and when you want, it's the fact that most environments have placed us in suburban-urban environments where the foods most sold are really unhealthy and teachings to be borderline indoctrinating.
