If you‘re an engineer you should create your own brand. All these mega corporations are way too slow to develop vs. someone who does things that are for the future. German car companies are not competitive. You should probably just go into passenger drone market or self-driving and improve on the tech from Tesla and so on then outflank them on distribution. All it takes is some big fund financing your r&d and production.
