today I went with my father to the optometrist to pick out a new pair of glasses. I had my dad take pictures of me with different pairs on to see how I looked. I've always known that I have man boobs because I am fat but holy shit I never knew it was this bad. is this how I have always looked like to other people???

Brutal. Yeah. Your phone camera is generally more accurate on how other people see you than the mirror, but both are distorted

I am dieting rn, but as I said:

appearance is just one aspect of it that you can (thankfully) tell using a camera. it's much harder to tell for the other ways you behave. people aren't going to speak up and say some part of you comes off as weird or unfriendly
