I think instead of forcing citizens to immigrate to other countries the leaders should fix the issues in their countries, to prevent people from doing so. And that includes brain drain, doctors immigrating to countries with better chances when their own countries need them most
Also If immigration and intermarriage continue over generations, some ethnicities may die out.

My mom herself is an immigrant so dont call me racist and this is not a debate just my opinion and i wonder if anyone agrees?

Immigration is good only when it is extremely selected by their diplomas and their willing to be serious citizen.

Don't want to end-up in complicated geopolitics but leaders of those countries don't care if people leave, they prob do it on purpose to serve other interests. They prob earn western & capitalism money from it
