when i think of a masculine guy i think of someone who looks kinda rough and intimidating but with a little sadness; facial and body hair, big muscles, etc
but also i think someone who kinda knows their job as a man and is willing to provide and treat me like a princess and protect me; so yes, a "tough guy"
