Why do we drink water?
We drink water because our body demands it, all living things are pretty much made out of water so it's something we require to live our daily lives normally. Water is vital for our health and it plays a key role in many of our body's key functions, so it's essential to drink it constantly. It's also the most pure liquid out there and that's why it cures thirst.

Benefits of drinking water
Drinking water has lots of benefits to it, such as: lubricating joints, regulating body temperature by aiding sweating, assisting in digestion, flushing out waste, supporting open airways, and aiding weight loss. So yes if you are a looksmaxxer and are looking to ascend, water should be a priority since it helps you lose weight way quicker.

How much water should you be drinking
Ideally the water you should be drinking on a daily basis should be 2 to 3 liters, anything more than that is overconsumption.

2 to 3 liters is ideal and should amount to 5 to 6 small bottles, or two large bottles of water. If you're okay with drinking less than that then there shouldn't be an issue, just make sure to drink it on a daily basis.

Can water be harmful for you?
Yes, it can be harmful if a person drinks too much of it. If a person drinks too much water, water toxicity can occur. This can have negative effects on brain function, including confusion, nausea, and vomiting which is very bad.
