I made his chin better, eyebrows, eyes, lips, jaw, nose and skin better. Slightly reduced philtrum length, and ofc made the image quality better.

unironically way better, but you still just changed his general aesthetic since you fixed miscellaneous things on his face that weren't really flaws, probably just a bad picture to use
