My infras are already pretty recessed not sure if that’s caused by maxilla or whatever but I’ve been thumpulling for almost 4 months and I've been chewing mastic gum since January yet seen no change !

Hiii I am 17 I thumpull 1set 5 minutes every hour of the day each time before I thumbpull I do a fascia release I do forward and lateral pulling as I try to do as hard as I can but my neck always ends up hurting I forgot to mention I actually got approved for mse and I’m getting it June 8th im very excited for that

Mastic gum works masseters and I don't recommend masseter training as it makes you look more masculine.
