I know the, before any consideration of this kind, I should focus on moneymaxxing and less invasive looksmaxxing interventions like gym or rhinoplasty, but I would like to have the entire picture, to be more motivated. According to you and your anatomical knowledge, will there be surgeons in the future able to provide a solution for people with narrow faces, to increase their ipd and, at the same time, the whole facial width, maybe through an orbital box osteotomy and implants?
Unluckily I dont only have an oversized nose, but also a face which is very narrow, with a midface ratio of about 0.9, 5,9 cm ipd and a very low facial width to height ratio.
