Your jaw is underdeveloped it’s set back causing an overbite but the your jaw is round causing an ugly fat look to your lower jaw could that be caused by having larger gonoins? Because I’ve seen overbites on a narrow jaw and it doesn’t look as bad as it does for people with larger gonoins. So my question to sum it up can larger gonoins make a person look worse when there jaw is set back in the first place?
