I want to increase this part of my eyebrow so that my eyebrow shape becomes longer. Is there any way to do that? Minoxidil gives me side effects, are there maybe any procedures to do? Or maybe microneedling with castor oil?

Real hair growth? Minoxidil.

You don't care? Get microblading done and never look back. You can even do it yourself.

peppermint is irritant and not very effective imo
It was proven scientifically to be effective, probably because it's a mild blood flow booster. Irritant will depends people to people tbh, 5% or 2%, diluted in castor oil or not etc

there is limited research on this
it is better to stick with rosemary, it has stronger evidence
