increasing bonemass

because from what Ive heard:
supplements (vitamin k, lactoferrin etc) are just cope and only give bone density instead of bone mass
bonesmashing : cope
roids : too risky during puberty to permanently fuck up your body
so idk if there is actually any good way to do so
