not only africa and india in china too but its cus they cover it up with fake building plans and spend less money on materials and in india i dont really know how their do it but probably something like this too but like on paper they didnt done anything wrong and everything legal plus they really dont mind it cus china controls africa not usa like they made a lot of big things there so africa supports china a lot

If it's some massive project like skyscrapers they cheap out and skim but rail systems they spare no expense. India does fucking jack shit literally something like 70% of their infrastructure is still from british rule, and half of their towns are run by mafias of some company

well i really didnt know about india i just heard that you need to be religious to have job but like i never would had thought its that bad oh and japan is more strict about this but not china i think they are to big like to control that stuff i seen videos of all kind of things just made of cheap materials regular people adding borax to meat because its not banned for some reason or what idk like china is very big and its easy to steal money tbh there are a lot of this there
