What age should this be considered should I wait until 25 or do it at 18? How much are they and what’s the best place to get them?

Bone development continues until age 25, so to be on the safe side, I think you should wait until at least your early 20s.

Prices vary greatly depending on whether they are pre made or custom made. The best in this field are in America
