Nope, since it's skeletal recession you can't fix recessed infras without surgery, although from this pic I agree with @Marlonmogsyouhaha , I don't think yours are recessed

Im not a fan of fat grafts bc they can go away afzer dieting, but they are a cheaper and saver alternative to implants
