if i workout a couple days before or on day 1 and 2 of my period i genuinely start dying. like this is gonna sound like a huge exaggeration but it’s literally so bad.
in january i got my period on the first day of second semester and threw up three times
i’ve passed out from them before too
i still look the same on my period just feel terrible
i just got it today and my stomach aches a little even though i didn’t workout yesterday or the day before
oh yeah and i haven’t told my mom about this yet
