Discussion insulin shots

Overheard a conversation in the kitchen. Woman says shes going to take insulin shots by needle to lose weight. Its going to cost her 1600USD in total for all the insulin. Says shes doing it to calm her appetite. im pretty sure she was recommended to do this by a certified doctor but im just curious to hear your opinions on this.

Shes around 26 years old
Obese maybe morbidly
Vegetarian some how
Went on a 20 min walk around 2000 meters and said she deserved a nap for hard work
gonna take 1 shot per day

Will not compensate a caloric deficit overtime

Carbs, refined sugar and seed oils are all vegan but makes you gainning weight

Thyroid T3 & T4 need to be checked asap before injecting insulin
